Heating & Air Conditioning
Our system checks include checking the overall condition of the cooling and heating equipment. Air ducts, chases and supply vents as well as combustion air venting.

Plumbing
The plumbing inspection will confirm that there is adequate static water supply and distribution to all fixture and faucets. All supply and waste distribution piping and fixtures along with vent systems will be inspected. Also included are water heating equipment and the condition of the gas distribution system.

Structural
This is the most important step when inspecting a structure because we are dealing with the general soundness and integrity of a structure. This section includes examining the foundation, roof, framework, floor, wall and ceiling structures to ensure there is adequate support.

Appliances
We make sure all appliances are in working order. This includes dishwashers, stoves and ovens, disposal, and microwaves.

Electrical
Due to safety our electrical inspection is one of the more important systems we cover. Included are the all electrical panels, grounding, circuit wiring, outlets, GFCI protection, light fixtures and switches.

Roofing
Our comprehensive roof inspection covers the overall health of your roof, including the condition of the roof covering materials whether it be asphalt shingles, tile, metal ect. We keep and eye out on proper flashing around the other roof openings like chimney, skylights and vents. All roof drainage systems will also be covered in the roof inspection.
